It's most likely in Approval hell, or Purgatory. It went FC sometime last month I think. Aspyr's never worked with Novalogic before. In fact, I can't remember the last Mac Novalogic product. So it's hard to predict how long the game will be in approvals. RtCW was in Approvals for several months before id finally gave their approval. Activision has been notorious for long delays in approvals, but based on some forum posts at various gaming sites it sounded like the longest wait was on the id side. I don't know that for a fact but that's what it sounded like anyway...
I think Halo has the current record for fastest approval time, a day or two from Microsoft/Bungie. The fewer the parties involved, usually the shorter the approval time. I think NASCAR was in approvals for a bit too. Breakthrough had an abnormally long wait as well.
