The G5 is important to be on the frontpage of ATi. Does this mean people are starting to actuslly care about mac gamers?

maybe, but i think once we are on the front of nvidia as well, then they are talking.

the 6800 is the best card to my knowlege, which is now optionally in the g5.

PS. the title is a little misleading

It's not really embarassing, I'm sure you'll be able to get an X800 for your G5 when they are avaliable, for now you'll have to put up w/ the 6800.

It's hard for Apple to sell things that aren't avaliable yet! And I believe the Mac version of the X800 is one of those things.
