Can I run a C.O.D server without graphics on a dedicated G3 350?

No. But, you can try it. A G3 350 probably wouldn't even be able to run CoD, graphics or not, much less compute all the info needed to run a server.

Surprisingly works fine, I used this software - no graphics at all, just a log of what it is doing.
Not even particularly CPU intensive, admittedly only two people to test it so far - maybe I'll open it up to the web for some punishment.
Looks like most of COD is in the graphics.
Can't make Quake 3 run though, because of no Open GL supported card, anybody know how to start it up without any graphics at all?

Not surprised at all that it works. Thanks for the link too!
I haven't run Q3 on my old B&W before so I can't help you there but a lot of other games have those GSC type console only launchers so you should be able to find more games for LAN parties

Wow, I'm completely surprised! Good deal.
If you need, I am more than willing to join your server to help you test it, or whatever.
