Yes, you can connect Mac vs PC with CoD. Ask my wife (I spend many nights up late playing...)

It can connect to anyone, PC or Mac, over the internet. However, you should make sure you have the latest update. You need version 1.4 to be compatible with 95% of servers, and version 1.4 is currently in beta on the Mac version. However, I downloaded and installed it, and have seen absolutely no ill effects. The only difference is that I can now access all the internet servers.

And Linux too!
Anyone running the 1.4b update: Have you seen any weird renaming going on? As in, names just randomly renaming themselves to scrambled versions of the same name, like THIS?
