So I just picked up Starcraft and I love it. But considering that it is an old game my new PB should handle it without a hitch- which it does but my CPU gets pegged at 100%. Is this normal or should I try to re-install it? I just seems that a modern PB should not need to have its cpu pegged to play this game. Is this happened to anyone out there?

Yeah, its normal. It happens to all my buddies in College. Its an old game, but its not coded well for OS X. It'll use all %100 CPU power if it can. At least theres an OS X installer now.

Think that is bad. Play Myst through Classic Environment. Uses 100% of the CPU which causes my PB 12 incher to become extremely hot. Kinda funny. 10 year old game turns a 3 month old laptop into a stove.

Meh. Playing WoW on my 12" PB Rev. B turns it into a stove. I don't think the age of a game has anything to do with it.

Maybe if you could cap the frames per second, it would cut down the processor usage?

But Myst is a slideshow game. That's the crazy part about it.
