Hi fellow Mac gamers!

I have uploaded a full install of Revolt (v.15) for the Mac. This is total conversion mod for Call of Duty.

Get it while it's hot!

Yeah, I get that same error too sometimes Mindfad, but sometimes it works fine.

You can read about the Mod at CODFiles.com or FPSCentral.com as well.

It's basically a modern weapons mod, with US vs Iraqi teams, and really cool new maps.

And, Vash, let me know if you have any problems, but it should work just fine.

MindFad,

Turns out that JavaScript error was from using "www." in the web address. I fixed the link... try it now, it should load just fine.

Something I was just reminded of in another forum, you need to make sure your CoD is updated to 1.4, which is still in beta, but works just fine.

You can get the update HERE.

Has anyone had problems with Revolt crashing after your player dies?

Someone in another forum is having a problem with that, and I have no idea what the cause could be....

Hey iMac Man have you gotten the HoB single player to work yet? It wasn't made by the HoB team but it looks fun http://callofduty.filefront.com/file...e_Player;29360

There aren't any directions, and if there were I doubt it would work with Mac's

You know what, I haven't actually tried that mod yet... I'll have to give it a shot tonight, or this weekend or so.

You still playing HoB Caesar? I am on their "Support Team" now, and am completely addicted to it! The next release of HoB is gonna rock... they have made mobile MGs, and a bipoded BAR!!

I will make a Mac package for it when it's released, so keep your eye out for that.

Niiice, I noticed you've been real active over at their forums, I stopped playing after a while.
I remember posting like 3 times in the suggestion area about adding the Russian DP, any word on that yet

Probably wont get added... here is an actual quote from one of the HoB Devs:

"To be blunt, it's doubtful that we'll get to the DP (Russian LMG) in the CoD incarnation of HoB."

They have quickly become frustrated with the lack of modability in CoD. And, being that an SDK hasn't been released, and that the United Offense expansion is basically stealing all the ideas from popular mods, the CoD modding community is losing hope.

I think HoB will be moving to HL2 or Doom3... I'm hoping Doom3 since there is at least a chance we will get that on the Mac...

It's just not worth putting a ton into modding for CoD because the resources are so limited.
