After going back to marathon for some Co-op play with a friend I was wondering if there are any other FPS games on the mac where my friends could play a single player story-line together?

Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, Quake, Quake II, Unreal, Sin (a little bit of console trickery), Medal of Honor (ugly hack, only one level at a time, spawn kills, oops! Omaha beach a completely separate download). I think you can play the Descent games coop. All four of the Mac Tom Clancy games (Rainbow 6, Rogue Spear, Ghost Recon, Raven Shield). That's all I can think of right now.

They all refer to simultaneous play.

Simultaneous Duke 3D was the best. I played that thing for hours on end. Too bad it was fairly unstable at later levels.

XIII doesn't have a Co-op mode?

I used to play QuakeWorld or Quake I... don't remember which as coop online - that was a blast, much more fun than the deathmatch games I thought.

Problem was finding a server that was coop - in the few months I was playing it I only found one or two.

I think Red Faction has it too? (I could be mistaken) And thats a really great game too, with nice graphics.
