007 Nightfire: Dual monitor problem

So I have a 20 inch (new) cinema and an older 17 running off a geforce4 Ti. When nightfire starts up, it does not turn off my 17 (like most games do). It also leaves the mouse curser stuck in the middle of the screen. How can I fix this?

Imac Core Duo 1.83/1.5 GB/20 inch cinema, ibook G4 1 ghz

as in physically unplug my 17? Can I turn off my 17 in control panels somehow?
