My room mate and I love playing Diablo2 in multi player. He has a new 1.3ghz 15" PB and I have a G3-900 ibook. We just got Dungeon Siege this weekend and have been having major problmes with it. First it's slow as heck! I'm getting between 4-20 fps. It keeps stuttering and pausing in network play. I played a little in single player and didn't experance the shutters and pauses. I keep getting the network icon while playing indicating network problems and it liked to dump me out of the game. We're using a corss over cable to connect the 2 macs and tonight we where using the air port to make sure it wasn't the cables problem but it didn't help. It crashes on his PB causing us to have to start over!

How long do you have to play untill it remembers your quests? Every time we quit and play again we start back at the beginning?! How on earth are you supposted to play this game when you start from square one every time you quit! Do they really expect you to play it all the way to the end in one sitting?!

We've got the latest 1.1.2 patch, can anyone help?
