Yup. I liked it. New weapons/vehicles add a little fantasy/spice to things, makes gameplay a bit more colorful. I especially like the C47 transport plane that acts as a spaun point in the air...lets you wreak havoc behind enemy lines, but of course you need some fighter cover to stay aloft for long.

Are you using a joystick to fly the plane? If so which one? I would love to fly the planes but the mouse keyboard thing bites!

Thanks

I don't use any joystick. Mouse and Keybord is perfect for me. I used to fly all flight-simulators by mouse... in the old days: A-10 Cuba, F-18, usw...

Personally, I prefer to fight on the ground in BF42, but I can tell you that the C47 transport is slow enough so that you can manage it with mouse/keyboard (and that slow speed is why it's best to have a fighter escort).

The other new planes in Secret Weapons are another matter--most are super-fast prototypes, and I pretty much crash em all the time.
