Alright. I am haveing issues with the in game voice chat. It seems that it will allow me to join a channel while in game but I do not get any type of channel or mic verification that stays on my screen. I cannot communicate with other players. I cannot hear what they are saying nor does my mic work for them to hear me. When I press the mic activation button nothing appears on the screen and my sound cuts out while I am holding the button down.

Anyone have any ideas? I have a PowerMac G5 Dual 1.8 and I am using the Sennheiser PC155 USB headset. The headset works fine in my OS and on a Windows computer on TS. So it has to be something with the game.

I have my auto join chat channel on, etc..

Any ideas?

Something I am doing wrong?

Can you test with a regular mic, to compare? Set your audio input (in Preferences) to just Mic and try that in-game. You can even plug in headphones to the mic port and talk into the earpieces as a simple test.

I wouldn't think a problem using that mic would affect HEARING others, though. Maybe they're just not talking?

I don't think any indicator shows up full-time. Only when someone talks.

Naaa.. my brother and I linked up via LAN and have been playing, he is able to gain access to the voice chat and there is a voice chat indicator that stays on his screen, it also shows mic intensity when he hits the mic activation key. I know he is trying to talk to me but it is not making it through the comps..
