Although it's not native OSX, Deus Ex is an awesome game, and certainly will not tax your computer...loads of fun, HOURS of gameplay, and excellent replayability...you can't go wrong with Deus Ex.

Enjoy!

Neverwinter Nights is perfect for an iBook. It's a nice rpg that will consume many hours of play, and with 2 expansions available for purchase (Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark), and many modules available for free via download (tho many of these do require the two expansion packs), you can play this rpg for a very long time.

Keep away from Myst IV, as it has issues with laptop video cards (dunno if 10.3.7 fixed this or not).

Haven't played many fps on my iBook, so no recommendations for me on those.

If you like realistic FPS games, go with the WWII ones, like Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, or something from the Tom Clancy series.

If you like big fake guns, vehicles, and players hoping all over the place, try Halo and/or UT2kwhatever

Assuming you have an external mouse and broadband (or patience), download this demo and give it a try. It is a very fun FPS called Postal 2 and if you like what you see it is but $19.95.

[EDIT - Damn, you're only 15 years old? Probably shouldn't play that game then...]

UT 2004 - a great game by itself, with tons more games and add-ons free to download. Like Red Orchestra, if you're into WWII.

UT's "Onslaught" vehicle gametype is a real achievement.

But what kind of game do YOU want?

Uh, yeah, you might not want to check out Postal 2 then.... it's rated M.

Or, if you do, make sure your parents aren't around. lol

You know what.... I know EXACTLY what you need!

Aspyr's new "Game Agent" which is a free program that will tell you which of Aspyr's games will run on your iBook, which will NOT run, and which will run WELL. Sounds like just what you need.

Then I definitely recommend Unreal Tournament 2004. So many different kinds of gameplay, you're sure to enjoy some of them.

Try the demo here:

And check out all the free add-ons... some links here:

I have the original dual 1.8ghz powermac g5, meaning it can upgrade to 8 giga ram, and not 4-like the new sucky version. ITs 1.8 ghz dual, 64 mega video card nvidea(the one that comes with the computer), and 512 ram.... i must say, this is just a normal computer, but all games seem to run quite well at full everything.... other than call of duty and unreal 2k4, which i gota reduse resolution a bit.... but all games seem to run like a dream
