To a2dai I am fairly sure that the guy U R talking about in your post is me, in answer to your post if it is me in fact I did not get the card directly from ATI my best friend won it in a raffle at macworld and could not use it because he uses a power book, anyway the short of the story is he sold it to me for half the retail price

One of the guys at MacNN already received their card. I think they ordered directly from ATI.

First of all your thread title is meaningless, as is your post. Second, write in proper English, not this retarded online crap.

Also worth mentioning, since this post seems to be directed at ONE person... don't waste our time, and instead, send a private message to the person for which it's intended.

Took me awhile to figure it out too... so, to save everyone from wasting their time, I will try to sum it up....

At the Accelerate Your Mac forums, "a2daj" posted:

"One of the guys at MacNN already received their card. I think they ordered directly from ATI."

Apparently, the person a2daj was referring to is Frank, the one who started this post.

So, Frank decided to post here (no idea why he posted here instead of AccelerateYourMac, but whatever...) to tell a2daj that he is the one a2daj was referring to, and that he actually got the card from a friend who won it at an auction.

...hey, at least it's Friday.

But that would deny the rest of us the joy of viewing 'net-gibberish in a delightful purple text.

this sort of nonsense could have been avoided if xlr8yourmac could get their act together and fix whatever "mail server problems" prevent them from accepting new forum registrations. the only reason he posted here was because he couldn't create an account on the xlr8yourmac forums.

I was actually referring to KS-Jayhawk...
And it's not just mail server problems anymore. Mike didn't bother fixing it because of the number of folks registering just to cause trouble. He's been trying to get the forums setup at OWC with new software and stuff (converting the old data) but it's been slow going. And AYM is just one guy doing everything. He's gone through some rough times recently so the last thing he needs to deal with is the forums.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused anyone, I will try and do better in the future.

Sorry to all who read my crap, I will not let it happen again.

One request a little patients would be appreciated, after all I am just getting started using these forums and don't know the rules yet.

You're getting off to great start here, in any case.

Seriously, next time just use the PM function and no one will say a word. And the purple and red text is a little obnoxious, but who am I to comment on your personal text tastes?

ARG! You just don't learn do you? There was no need for the bolding in your message. You need to stand out in your posts with your content, not your formatting.
