I expect to have a new Aluminum Powerbook G4 1.67GHz 15" in the next few weeks.
While I am not a hardcore gamer, I occasionally like to play some games, most recently Warcraft 3. I am curious about Rise of Nations (I played a few old Sid Meiers a few years ago) and CC (again, I played a very old version and liked it).On some occasions I try first person shooters and the trackpad/keyboard is tricky.
What kind of game controller would work best with a PB? Is a Kensington deluxe mouse of some kind (ie big rolling ball and buttons) pretty good or do you know of some game-controller/joystick items that would be good?
I once bought a Gravis Gamepad Pro for my 667 TiBook (OS 10.2) and frankly even with extra software from somewhere it worked worse than sticking with the trackpad...
