Downloaded the demo, it's an installer (bad) that demands my admin password (*very* bad). That annoyed me enough to delete it on principle.

i think the post above me confirms there is still stuck up mac users. you deleted the game based on requiring an admin password... i can see how this makes you mad but it confirms the stereotype of the stuckup mac user.

sad

Applications should rarely need an installer. And when they do, they shouldn't need an admin password. The fact that this game does shows that the developer either doesn't understand the Mac, or is just incompetant. Neither of which is a good thing in a Mac game developer.

If the alternative is letting any program install anything it wants anywhere on my system like on Windows, I'll gladly accept the "stuck-up" label. There are many more Mac games available than I have time to play so I can afford to be selective, and as Thinine noted such a basic flaw in packaging doesn't bode well for the rest of the game.

Fist off, you people are paranoid... This game is really fun. And since the advent of OS X, you can ever just delete the app to get rid of it. You have to do a lot of digging to completely get it out.

Install, have fun...
