Is there anyway I can join a LAN game of Generals where other people are using windows? I just started playing this, and a bunch of my friends play it as well, but use windows. When we tried, the mac didnt see the windows computers, and vice versa. Is this just something I can deal with, or what version do I need on my mac to play against the windows version?
15 inch MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 7200 RPM 100GB HDD.

Dual 2.5 GHz Power Mac G5, 1 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, ATI Radeon X800XT.

Nope. Unfortunately this game is not cross-platform compatible, which is why I did not buy it!

What about Zero Hour? Does this allow cross-platform gaming?

I doubt it, it's just an extension pack, isn't it, not a full game.

No, and it doesn't work very well with the user-created maps I have found either.

www.macologist.org has some stuff available for Zero Hour.

If there's a specific map you're having problems with, please post its link. I can't make any promises about supporting it though.
