lol. sorry i don't follow this kinda stuff too closely, but it's a shame the developers couldn't come up with any original maps then.

You'll want to pass on Q4. The single player is awesome, but the multiplayer nothing new to the Quake series. All it is is Quake 3 with lower frame rates.

They said it was the last one THEY were gonna do, so they farmed out off to Raven. They just gave input and Raven did all the actual work.

Hmph. Single player is what made Quake 2 for me. Since Quake 4 claims to be Quake 2 with purtier pictures, I'm trembling with anticipation. Multiplayer is overrated.

Apparently, MP has maps from Q2 as well. Classics such as the Edge, etc. (or so i've heard).
