Someone wrote a driver for the 360 USB controller:

I have only tried it with MAME, but it seems to work well so far.

Yeah it's a great driver, I use it a lot with a couple of emulators I have.

Nope, due to the fact that I don't think it actually uses BT, I'm sure its more of a propietry signal, but I might be wrong.

They're not Bluetooth. You'd have no receiver to hook up to the Mac.
