i just ordered the sims 2 and am worried it might not work good. Not long ago i had it for my pc and it worked preety good and i hade a crappy 2.0 ghz and a geforce 4200 card. since i have a powermac 2.3ghz g5 with 1.5 ram and a 9600xt will it work good. How many fps would i get it i put the resolution on 1680X1050 because i have a cinema display. Can someone give me good a good feel of what to put the settings on so it will be playable thanx

Well enough for you to pretend you have a life by watching simulated characters interact socially and get it on while you remain an outcast and cement your place in life as forever remaining a virgin.

But honestly, I don't know. It will obviously run fine. 9600XTs are fast and you have a very powerful system. Considering the suggested specs are below yours, you shouldn't worry... unless your'e talking about your chances of getting any.

Oh noes! Not teh butts3x0r!
What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
