I've got a Sawtooth with a G4 400mhz, 448 mb of ram and a 16 md vid card. I run the game on low everything, yet when the troops start to fight, it bogs out some. I've got 128mb of ram on the way, until then is there any way to tweak the system to let it run faster?

Also, if I install FT expansion, it gets too slow to play.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

I think I may be saying the obvious here but WC3 does require quite a bit of power. I get some slow down on my G5 on busy maps like the Azura Tower Defense one. Maybe your machine just isn't up to

As for performance tweaks, try searching on google for 'WC3 Mac performance help' or something, I found this on a quick search for you but i'm sure you can find somethigng more useful

Edit - after a quick read, it's probably your video card causing a bottleneck on the rest of your system.
