Gameranger help!

When I try to open the gameranger application, it says "Gameranger cannot run from a locked volume or folder."
Does anyone know how to solve it?

are you running the application from the disc image on your hard drive? The .dmg?
If so that volume is locked so you're going to need to move it to the hard drive or onto your desktop where you can open it without error.

Okay, I moved it and its title is "Game ranger folder" but it still won't work! Grr...
