Was the decision back then really final? Afaik it was before the PPC->Intel transition...

I doubt it'll make a difference
If anything it'd have a negeative affect. "Mac users can just boot into windows to play"

I am pretty sure that the mac and linux versions are in older version numbers.

An MBP running windows should run it no sweat at all. In Mac OS X through rosetta...probably playable?

That sucks, I was downloading it. Anybody know how it runs via Windows on the Macbook?
