... cannot be installed: I get a box that says choose where I want the app to be placed, but the "choose" button remains greyed out. Anyone having this kind of problem?

Thanks! The tech folks at Aspyr never mentioned that: they wanted me to return it for another copy. I've just ordered Raven Shield from Amazon.
My hard drive went down a few weeks ago, and I've just replaced it with two drives: a problem: trying to re-install CoD2, and I'm asked for the key code that appeared on the booklet that came with the disk. Lost the booklet. no code. no install. Looks like I'm gonna have to re-purchase CoD2 as well. Oh well, that's what i get for not backing up EVERYTHING.
Again, thanks a mill ...

Got Raven Shield; installed it: won't play (app crashes upon starting); installed Athena's Sword: three quarters through the 2nd install disk, it quits with the message, "An unknown error occurred" ... it got that right: I bought the damned things: BIG error!

Anything's worth a try ... by "clean install", I assume you mean the erasure of the prior installation and re-installing using the provided installer. I've done that, but I'll repeat for good measure.

sometimes there are those pesky little folders hiding out in places that your computer holds on to. and when you install the game or app it remembers that you had it installed before. like a preferance file to save your prefs if you uninstall and reinstall. im not sure where to look for any of the files or folders, but try using the find in the finder and type in the name of the game.
