I'm definitely looking forward to playing with it on some of the hardware we've got in at work. :-)

DirectX 10 is pretty damned impressive as far as game APIs go.

Well my Mac is a B&W G3 with 768mb RAM so thats definitly not going to run it but my PC is probably going to cut it except the video card is gonna hold me back but I'll probably change it after Crysis comes out.

Gots me a Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz 2mb cache per core), 4 Gig RAM and video is an X850XT-PE right now. Not a bad card at all but not directx10 capable of course....

I just sold my iMac and built a DirectX 10 gaming rig for games like this.

In that first demo I'm sure they were using something like dual 7900 GTXs or similar because that demo was shown at E3.

I'm hoping my 8800 GT will be able to run it at 1680x1050 with max details!

Far Cry was a great game, until the alien/monster things.
Fighting the human mercs rocked.

Yet another FPS with nothing to offer over Wolfenstein 3D.

Like Halflife 2, this game looks great... and much like HL2, I bet I'll be bored of it in 15 minutes.

If you're bored with HL2 after 15 minutes, I doubt any FPS currently out there will catch your interest.
