I found out where you can get the desert combat mod. Go to filfront.com and then search BattleField 1942 then click on the total modifications botton then scroll down till you find Desert Combat. Click on it and scroll down to the lower end of the page. There click on Desert Combat mod. Then when the pge loads right click download now and then selk download linked file.
