I was wondering if this is possible. It's currently possible under wine on linux. I have the site here.
LOTRO Launcher for Linux Though, I'm not trying to be skeptic. However I'm hoping it's able to do so.
I know it runs under "mono" though I know nothing about what it does, I think its emulator of ".net framework". Or a barebone of ".net framework". I'm very curious If you could get this working on Crossover.
This if was possible, would make dump my ugly "Vista" PC in an incinerator.

Crossover and Parallels can't run games very good at all. It most likely wouldn't even open. The only way I believe this is possible is by using Boot Camp, so then you have both Windows and OS X installed.
