To my knowledge, the Mobility Radeon 2600 HD is not yet supported by downloadable Catalyst 7.9 drivers... however, I really want to play the Quake Wars demo, which requires 7.9. Basically, anyone have any idea of an ETA on when the HD Mobility cards will get 7.9, or any sort of interim method?

Thanks in advance.

The new Omega Drivers came out yesterday and rule. They are based on Catalyst 7.9 and are rock solid at manual clocking. Don't waste time with the Boot Camp driver (old) or ATITool (unstable).

Go to the Drivers Heaven forum which is linked to on Omega's site. The driver author posts in the ATI section. Tell him your graphic card model's ID and he will include it in an update.
