Greetings,

I purchased a Wii the other day and the Opera browser for web access. I tried to visit an internet radio station, Pandora.com, and as the page began to load got an out of memory message that ended the process.

Would buying additional SD memory improve the Wii's ability to view websites? Does it function like RAM for computers?

yeah, really.
i will say it's 10X easier to get online over a wireless gateway than an X360 though.

woupd also be nice if wii sports, the bundled game, could be played online.

sidenote: my stoner friends are addicted to the tank game on wii play, which is easily the best deal there is for the wii

Won't happen until Adobe licenses the technology for uncertified operating systems (which includes the Wii's OS).

To the OP: you're out of luck. TVersity does the same thing...perhaps an update to Opera will take care of it, but who knows?
For all the trash I talk, I sure own a lot of Macs...
