i was wondering if you could tell me if i would be able to play WoW?
here are the specs:
power pc G4
OSX 10.5
dual 867mhz processor
1.5GB DDR SDRAM
GeForce4 MX 32mb Video card

and good enough internet

It should handle it alright maybe finding some of the major cities lagging slightly depending on the population of your server, and id also reccomend trying to get the graphics ramped up 32mb just wouldn'tbe fun to play on and could ruin the game experiance - i hear that the 64mb in the mac mini only just suffices.

so do you know the prices of say, a 128mb card that would work?

I used to play on..

Dual 1.25 MDD
1 Gig of RAM
ATI 9200 64 MB

It played pretty well, I might consider upgrading the GPU to a 64 MB or a 128 MB GPU.


I love how my macbook plays it though =D.

i'm not to sure to be honest but just do a quick google search - something is bound to come up at a good price. If you do start playing on it, let me know about its performance (fps, lag - at what seettings?) im in the market for a new comp for WoW and retro style would be cool
