I'll see if my bud, IXI BMW IXI, wants in too.

Also a 47 with a K/D of 1.40

Edit: Maybe Gamblor too, but both of them work late on some days so I wouldn't plan on it.

Impossible! So far, at least.

I'm searching Bungie, to no avail, looking for the ability to download their matchmaking variants. Looks like I might have to Forge it myself...

Nah, I'm just going to switch the regens out for the bubble-shield and maybe get rid of the vehicles?

Any other suggestions whilst I'm at it? I promise not to make a silly map like krazy.

Edit: How about a Turret where the Flare spawns (the entrance to the anus, eww)

Leave the Ghost in. Partly because it's funny when some asshole wastes their time using it on an objective game on a small map like Isolation, and partly because I plan to be that asshole.

How about one ghost per team?

I also switched the flare out for a shield drainer and added the turret which would make an interesting trip up top for the flag carrier.

When in Rome.

If your going to be pissy about it maybe I'll just stop right now...

Actually, I just finished it.

One ghost where it normally is, no Mongooses (Mongii?), Turret at Flare, Shield Drainer instead of Flare, Bubble Shields instead of regens, and two fusion cores at each base*

* I put them in the corners near the base windows just to make things interesting. Make sure to grab those bubble-shields!

Download here under "SK's Isolation"

On top of shotgun spawn near the anus entrance.

I think the turret will offset the sniper area nicely as well.

OOoooooo, very pretty.

I'll be first in line to pay for it...

Also, does this mean that the previous map pack will be available for free after the new release?

If so it's going to be cool to get some NN carnage going on Standoff and Rats Nest. Not to mention Dakar and myself can spent some time Forging up madness in Foundry.

Yep, which is slated for April I believe. I can't wait, as I'll be buying the Legendary Map Pack, meaning I get 6 new maps at once.

I think I'll be sticking to pre-made maps. Foundry sounds too time consuming.

But I look forward to some MacNN Grifballing.

Goody! The fusion cores are far enough away from the Flag that they can explode while you stand on the flag and you don't get hurt. I just put them there to discourage camping.

In hindsight I should've done the same...

I fooled around for a half-hour and all I achieved was making a huge jumbled mess.

It's not a big deal. If I don't think the Gameplay works after tonight we'll go back to stock map, or I'll forge a better one.

It's starting to be the general consensus on the bungie forums. It's not that people don't appreciate the maps -- it's that they don't see them in day-to-day matchmaking. The DLC Playlist just isn't that exciting for everyone.

Anyone that hasn't joined us yet is missing out.

My eyes are burning from todays 20 Custom Games. At one point we had 12 players.

Don't miss out on next time!

(I feel really bad for Dakar since it's going to take him a year to do write-ups on all those games)

I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favorite overall game of the night. Looking back over the matches, there were far to many awesome games to select the 'best' one of the night.

The most fun match, by far, was Nades n' Spades. I already saved the video for further examination and took a quick screenshot of the most awesome team ever.

Initial impressions from last night, now that I'm semi-coherent.

• That's a lot people
• That's a lot of Brigadiers
• Flag Rally will never be played again.
• Team LTK will be back
• Looks like I missed a a few Zones when cleaning my custom construct map. It will be tweaked.
• Speaking of which, three four-man teams on KotH seems like too much. At least, with the Uncontested setting turned on.
• Sandtrap Gauss with 12 people is epic. I mean, really epic. The amount of action going on was awesome.

You guys are looking forward to write-ups... I'm not sure I can deliver. Write-ups involving more than one team or eight-ten people are a bitch. I may do one. If a few of you (stogie, sek) want to pick your favorite game and provide one, that may be wise. I'll probably opt to do a few Game Galleries for the cooler games.

I will, however be giving many Basketball themed awards.

Last night was awesome. Thanks for running the show Dakar! I know I wouldn't have the patience for that sort of thing.

A few pics I took last night from the first 2 Free for All matches (going to take a lot more, but was too tired to look at anything but the first couple games):

Butt Snipe!

Crosbie gets a little nip in the arse.

Don't Jump!

Fatty makes the total noob mistake of jumping while in the sites of a sniper!

Hi there.

Me getting intimate with the viewers at home.

Last night was an awesome turnout. When I have time this weekend, I'll be posting pics, videos and maybe a few write-ups. Dakar you did a great job of balancing out the teams. All of the team matches were very close. I think that first LTK match ended with team scores of 50, 49 & 48.

Speaking of wining teams, you and I just can't catch a break together. Do you realize the only game we won, I carried the team, and there were a couple instances where I kept you with you. Cut to us against each other, when you fill every orifice of mine with sniper bullets.

Changing gears, again, you with the laser on Gauss was ridiculous. I feel a small amount of pride that I managed to balance the map so well. Also, good move getting the hell off that hill after the second time you lasered me. I went to the sniper tower on a mission to end your life.

Thanks. I was a little tired by hour 4. It'd also help if the two brigadiers weren't being so difficult and trying to play together. C'mon guys let's just have some fun here.

I tallied up the three game totals: 142, 141, 136. I'm just glad everyone was as excited (then enjoyed it) as much as I was.

It would have been more fun if that Brig wasn't trying to go solo for no reason. I was ahead on the team 8-0 during the first half of the game.

Also, I don't think Narrows is the right venue for that. I'm thinking Isolation and Snowbound, next time.

Also, apologies for forgetting to do 1-bomb on your map. By the end of the night it wasn't worth the effort trying to parse our teams back into two.

It's ok. It took me all of 20 minutes to forge.

As for games, I'll take the match on Sandtrap my team won (naturally), NADES N' SPADES, and Slayer on Valhalla (that I lost but got a Running Riot.)

I think I already saved all three of those videos, so a write up can be alot easier.

I don't have the time today for proper write-ups, but I'll touch upon some of the games with a quick commentary.

Our first game of the night, which was Slayer on Guardian. Yours truly ran away with it but it wasn't until the end that I noticed Stogie was in 2nd place. Great game Stogie!

Our second game, Slayer on Last Resort, could have been amazingly close if Dakar and his guest didn't get booted for some reason. I decided to let ::maroma:: run amok in the upper hallways of the base while I sat outside with my trusty rifle. In hindsight I should've paid more attention to him since he ended up beating me! He also kicked my ass more than once in those hallways and even had the audacity to kill me with my own favorite weapon! Damn you ::maroma::!

Skipping ahead a few games to our second Sandtrap match. This was one of the best large team games I've ever played. I started out this match with 14 kills, one shy of a Running Riot. For this game the Brigadier thorn in my side, apsolid, was not a concern as I lasered my team to the top with 13 kills with the monster weapon.

You did a great job on that map, Dakar, since no vehicle can dominate thanks to a hefty supply of Missile Pods and Lasers.

Our next match was Crazy King on Construct. Which had me laughing hysterically the entire time.

Chuckit took top honors with the only extermination in the game. apsolid, Charlie, and myself also all had Overkills.

Of course my 9 Double Kills and Charlie's Extermination did nothing to help our cause as that slippery devil, KB and co, stole the show. In fact, more than a few games KB would come from behind and whip our asses. Even Chrisgilqin surprised me more than a fews time with superb showings.

Skipping over an embarrassing loss of Multi Flag CTF on Valhalla* we opted for straight-up Slayer. We were getting pwned until I got a fully loaded rifle late in the match. 15 kills later (and two sniper sprees) we came within spitting distance of those jerks.

One thing I have to locate in the film is when apsolid gets the drop on me, but I whipped around with the sniper and no-scoped him right in the head from very close range. I was PUMPED!

*I cam within a C hair of sniping Crosbie (I believe) as he ran up his base with the last flag. I was flying off the man cannon in the hope I was going to create a webgem clip. Sadly all I managed on doing is flustering the opposite team who did not expect such a move.

I apologize for only talking about myself mostly, but I'm a loner in most of these gametypes so I didn't see much action besides what can be viewed through a sniper scope.

I promise I'll watch the films from my three chosen matches and get everyone in the re-cap action.

Honestly, I don't even want to turn on the 360 today.

All the best people
