I am new to the PS3 and I knew it could do some media streaming, but with MediaLink for the Mac it really is a pretty elegant solution.
Does anyone use this? I tried the demo and it worked well enough, but I wish they had just a 30 day demo instead of it shutting off every 30 min. Anyone brought it and can tell me how well it functions day-in-day-out?
I currently have an AppleTV and will be looking to sell it since so-far the PS3 performs just as good with streaming video and you can also set it to use folders with media in them, so they don't have to be in iTunes and converted to .mp4 I don't use the movie purchasing/rentals on the AppleTV so I don't think I would be missing much?
