I have a MacBook 13" with 2G of ram. Does anyone know how much is recommended for smooth, uninterrupted play?

At 2GB memory isn't going to be the problem, the performance of the GPU is. Turn the resolution/quality settings down if it's jerky.

Yeah, the real bottleneck is your GPU, WoW runs great with only 1GB or RAM, or it did when we played it many months ago. About the only option you have is to turn down your video settings.
