Please can someone help me to give an 8 year old boy a lasting memory of his father. My friend's husband passed away suddenly the day after his sons 8th birthday (last Monday). They had given him a nintendo dsi for his birthday present and the boy and his father had taken a photo together and his dad had voice recorded a message to his son. Sadly the following day the father died and we are desperate to save this very special memory. I have no idea if, or how this can be done? (I'm a 44 year old mum who doesn't have a clue about these things). Please, please can anyone help me do this for my friend and her son. Kindest Regards, Polly.

Pop in an SD card, transfer the pic/audio to the card, transfer the file(s) from the card to a computer.

Sorry to hear about the circumstances that lead to this issue. Note that if the SC card happens to be a high capacity model (usually 4GB and up) which are labeled as SD HC, you may need a card reader compatible with such SD HC cards. Not all card readers are so.
