I am little confused by the system spec for Dragon age specs ..

BIWARE indicates the following
"This game will not run on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5)-based Mac systems, or Intel GMA class of video cards."

at the gametree store they make reference that all mac minis have the GMA video cards but when i review my systems i have nivida geforce 9400 card. So on the surface it seems a mac mini can play this game but I am just uncertain and confused. ANyone know one way or the other?

It'll run like poop even if it does meet the requirements. Look at games 2-4 years old and you should be okay.
