1. Good luck finding any software of any type that will run on PowerPC. Apple's current development tools don't even have PowerPC support anymore, and there's no way to build for PPC at all without hacking the dev tools and copying over the compilers from an earlier version.
2. Building for 10.4.x is, likewise, no longer supported by Apple, although it's not nearly as much of a PITA as PowerPC is.
3. I'm not much into the gaming scene these days, but I know enough to know that World of Warcraft is a huge game made by a huge company that probably spent millions developing it. And you want an app that would make something like that for free? And with those crazy hardware/software requirements to boot?
