By the way, anyone every use two codes - one right after the other? I thought $39.99 was such a good deal I bought 2 cards. I should check if there is an expiry date, I could use one now and another in a month or two.

I pre-ordered MW3 on Amazon. There was a promotion that dropped the price of 12 month xbox live gold to $35. Too bad the game shipped one week after my subscription auto-renewed at $60. I still took advantage of the promotion and now I'm all set until Nov. 3rd 2013.
