Does anyone know how to change the player name in Wolfenstein? The game rocks sooo much that I need something better than "Player"

you see the 3d model of your guy in the limbo mode? just click on the name player and edit it.

Does anyone know how to connect to a server through IP? If I know that a friend has set up an server and I know his IP? I don't see any place where I can enter the ip adress.
