If you have much ram and a powerfull mac then life is sweet because i can run commandos 2 in virtual pc perfectly. I got this game from a PC friend .This game is AWESOME and it is just out. I didn't expect this game was going to run fine because its 3D in parts, Only the videos are tripping a bit. The game even says i have a high performance system (DP800). As for Red Alert 2, this game also runs perfectly on my mac, goood speed. So if you wanna play westwood games just put on VPC4, if you have it...

Im am also a converted peecee user that was impressed by macs so spend all my money and bought a dp800, 17inch lcd, apple pro speakers and 640mb ram from crucial.com . I was a big gamer when is was younger but hated windows and wanted to have a powerfull system to design graphics,...

you'll have to put on directx also for any pc game...
Macs rule bigtime, why because they can do anything that's why i like them... and ofcourse OsX , 10.1 is faster in some parts then os9.2.1

Hey, daydreamer. I have basically the same setup as you, except for a little more RAM. When I play RA2 in VPC, the mouse scroll will not work when I move the mouse to the bottom and right sides of the screen (where all the controls and map are). Does this happen to you, did you have to fix in? (In fullscreeen mode)/
