What has happened to A v P?! All the game sites here in the UK were saying it would be released in September and here we are nearly half way through October and nothing! Why can't they release games on time!

Well, there are similar delays afoot for Baldur's Gate II, which is also being published by MacPlay. Both games are done, but neither are shipping. Odds are it's the same issue for both games, and it's one of the following:
- Some legal dispute between the PC publishers and Macplay
- Some legal/financial dispute between Macplay and the company that actually burns the CD's and packages them
- Macplay's out of money
Hopefully, it's not the last, and it'll be resolved soon. I've had BG II on pre-order since MWNY.

I wouldn't say it sucks, a bit dated maybe, but its not a "bad" game. I played the demo and it was ok, with multiplayers it was a lot better. And its going to sell for what $25? That's not too bad of a price.
