I'm trying to use the Boomslang 2000 for UT on my iMac. It works right away as a 1 or 2 button mouse, but no scrolling or any of the "on the fly" adjustments it touts. I haven't tried downloading the USBOverdrive item, yet. Does anyone know if that works?

USBOverdrive is supposed to work with the Boomslang 2000. The Razer site says that's what Mac users have to use, since there aren't any official Mac drivers for the Boomslang.Let me know if it works, I've been thinking about getting one myself.

i have the microsoft intelimouse optical (the four button vers with scroller and scroller button)
works great with usb overdrive!!!!

i use it for all my games includint UT , elite force , quake , oni etc

if you do get this mouse dont even bother loading the microsoft drivers they stink grrrrr

besides if you get usb overdrive youll never need another usb mouse or joystick driver again!
i also use a ligitech cordless trackman wheel and that works faultlessly (again uninstalled the mouseware s/w that comes with the trackman urrrrgh what a pile of pooo!)
