Actually, BG II will ship from Macplay *without* the bonus CD. I assume they'll ship the lagniappe a bit later.

Disappointing, but I'd rather get the game than keep waiting for an extra, as long as this doesn't turn into something like Graphsim's "multiplayer patch" for BG I.

MacPlay pre-orders are starting to arrive (with the bonus CD!). I don't think any retailers got it yet.
