Okay, here goes, cheats don't generally work with QIII or EF demos, but the other day I got them to work. My friends PC demos work with cheats, but they don't on my Mac. I'm more interested in "god mode" and "give all". any help would be great. Thanks

I hope you check back on this but anyhow.
Enter this in the console (without quotes):

"\devmap [mapname]"
After map loads, enter, "\god".
It'll say godmode enabled.
Enter, "\give all" and you'll get everything.
You can give yourself pretty much any weapon or powerup by using "\give [weapon/powerup]"

Have fun.

In Elite Force Demo, type:

"SV_Cheats 1"

In the console, without quotes to enable cheat mode.

Don't use the "Give All" cheat thou, because EF crashes when it cant find the graphics for weapons not included in the demo.

Weapons/items supported (that I know of)
"Give phaser"
"Give compression rifle"
"Give Scavenger rigle"
"Give tricorder"

Other cheats
"NoTarget" --> Invisibility
"God"
