when i launch Oni, i'm getting an error to the effect of "unable to initialize hardware acceleration of open GL with current settings" and am forced to quit. i have a beige g3 266 dt (i think the stock card in it was an ati rage pro 2M), and have the latest open gl extensions (1.2). how can i address this?

I had the same problem, download apple gamesprockets.lib and set vm to 315 at least. Oni should then work!

thanks andy - i tried that, actually, VM is set to 350 now, with 128 physical ram. same story. do you have the same machine set up as i do (beige 266 g3 dt, 2M vram) (other info - os 8.6, 128M ram, open gl 1.2, game sprockets 1.7.5 install package)

I believe OpenGL requires at least 6 MB of VRAM to work properly.
