Hello,

This may be extensive, but I need to let you know what I've done so far.

I have an iMac 266 rev. c with 160 megs running on OS 9.04

I installed Driver, restarted & accessed through HD. Both icons in folder were generic AppleScript. I launched game only to come to a black screen with white priopriety script about Infograme. No cursor movement, no force quit, had to crash. Trashed Driver and restarted.

After repeating above process, doing a clean reinstall, running TTP2, defragging HD, rebuilding desktop, zapping PRAM, etc. etc. ad nauseum, I minimized extensions and created 3 sets, all of which produced the exact same results. I contacted MacSoft and the tech offered first instructions to access game as if he hadn't read my email (you know, click on the car icon...), then second response suggested everything I had already done.

After attempting one more time, I brought the game back to the store of purchase and they ran it on their mac with no problems. I went to ATI to see if there were updates but I couldn't find them. This is what I've got for versions:

ATI: 3D Accelerator 5.0; Driver Update 1.5.5; Graphics Accelerator 5.1.1; MPP Mgr. 1.2f1; Rage 128 3D Accelerator 5.8.8; Resource Mgr., 2.6

Input Sprocket Extenstions are all version 1.4 except Input Sprocket Ext. 1.7.3 and Lib. 1.7.1

QuickDraw 3D's are all 1.6

If anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, there's a Driver CD for sale! I'd REALLY like to play this puppy.

Thanks in advance.

This may sound dumb, but did you press the 'ESC' key at the Infogame logo (blackscreen)? My version waits for the ESC.

There are about three screens to go through before the game selection. Anyway, I hope the problem is simple to solve.

Good luck!

BTW Did you up the memory in Driver too ?
