There must be a few of you out there who play Championship Manager 3? Well, version 3.9.65 is out with a whole 10 MB database update AND they fixed that annoying eternal "processing data" error.

Say, does anyone know what happened to the backround pictures of local stadiums that I saw in the PeeCee version of the game? I really miss seeing Highbury when playing home
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

Give people a link and they might try it out...

never even heard of it, and not much for sports games anyway....glad to hear you got some bugs fixed though, always a good thing.

I have heard of it, and even have Championship Manager 00/01! Guess that makes me an exception (although I'm not a yank but a Finn living in Britain).

As for the original question, did the pictures vanish after you upgraded? I know I can see them fine...

As for the link, try Feral's homepage and click on CM 01/02.

Was that the error where nothing happened for ages occasionally? A real pain...

They were in 00-01 Mac version too, but seem to have been dropped this season.

That's odd. In fact, that was completely unnecessary. Darnit.

And, yeah, the bug they fixed was the one that made the game 'process data' forever... good riddance.
