We have some tips to share to help our readers get the most out of the game:

- Try switching between camera modes with the tilde (`) key. First-person mode, which was added late in development, can be more comfortable for some people but does offer a rocky ride. "On a 21" Cinema Display, it'll make you sick," says Pangea Software President Brian Greenstone.

- There are keys for throwing weapons such as bone bombs and homing pigeons both forward and backwards (defaults: command key for forward throw and option key for backward throw). Obviously, use the forward key if you're chasing the leader and the backwards key if you see a competitor on the map approaching the rear end of your kart.

So far my only tip is to not even bother downloading it if you have an iMac DV and are running 8.6. OpenGL 1.2.1 which it requires refuses to install on it.
