What are the coolest games to get for my G4 450 Mhz, 256 Mb, Voodoo5? I need something to put on my Christmas list.

I already beat Deus Ex, right after it came out. I have also beat Diablo II. I mean, what are some cool, NEW games coming out for Christmas?

By the way, I do have ATI in the G4. All I have to do is switch some stuff.

I don't know what games will be available by Christmas, but I do know the following games are coming to the Mac:

• Diablo II Expansion Pack (1st Quarter 2001)
• Warcraft III (2001)
• Baldur's Gate II
• Icewind Dale
• Rainbow Six (Available now)

I'm hoping for the following, too:

• Plainscape Torment (please! please! please!)
• Oni
• Halo

Christmas list huh? Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force should be out any day now. Sorry, but all the stuff about to come out looks like a bunch of reruns.

Best game ever. If that sounds like too big a PITA, just get VGS and the playstation version.

I just got FAKK 2, that's a cool game. What I mean is what are some UPCOMING new games, possibly around January/December. I've heard Rune mentioned, but that's about it.

Speaking of FAKK 2, how does one go about fixing the light problem?
I hope this hasn't been asked before, but if it has...........please help me out anyway. It IS the holidays, after all.

Unreal Tournament is awesome. The deathmatch is fun and there are so many mods. You can download something for it called Tactical Operations. Its kinda like Counterstrike but better.

i have played majesty and sin those games rule sin is like q2 engine little older but it rocks so cool and fun. Rainbowsix Rogue spear will be cool too. I am hoping soldier of fortune will be out and tribes 2 also.

Oni will be out on Jan. 29, 2001 apparently.

Rune looks good, and Driver is coming out soon too (though I think it sucks, it's a rare Mac racing game).

VGS is definitely a must-have if you like playstation games.

I don't really know any awesome games coming out for this Christmas, though...it's kinda strange, because usually we've had big releases (Myth, Quake, etc.) but this year seems a little bare. Too bad Worms Armageddon got cancelled; that was probably the most anticipated game by me....
