'No Devices to Configure' in UT/DX

Recently my Kensington Expert Mouse Pro stopped working in both Deus Ex and Unreal Tournament (436).

I have tried reinstalling Input Sprockets (both the newest version and the older version) and nothing has fixed the problem. When I try to configure the Input Sprockets (cmd-M in UT) it tells me that there are 'No Devices to Configure'.

Any suggestions? This is on a G4/400 w/ 256MB.
