Is this ever going to come out for Mac? (or has it already?) I've had the demo for a while now, and Gameranger has support for it, but I haven't seen it in stores.

uhmm,

it's been out for a while now. I bought the Quake III Arena/ Team Arena Gold Edition a few weeks ago. It's a Win/Mac hybrid CD. It's available at most retail stores for $29.

It runs very well in 10.1 with the OSX patch. On my Ti400 it's actually faster than it was in 9.2.1.

Hope that helps

Damnit...my friend bought it, and the CD isn't hybrid. Just a bunch of Windows files on the disc. (just the Team Arena disc)

Haaa... Fallout is gonna bite it

I find "team" games are more strategy than pure skill.
That, and you can rely on others.

the team arena disc that was released a while ago was pc only, but you could copy the libraries and play anyways, gold edition was supposed to have mac installers

There's someone in my head but its not me...
