You'll probably see a lot of the games come out in the spring and summer.

Clan MacGaming has a post of how games run that have been written for Classic, Carbon, or Cocoa run in OS X.

Quake 3 is a Cocoa/BSD mix.
Oni is said to be Carbonized.

MegaMineSweeper is Carbon too.

We're hoping for a mid-April release of an OS/X version
of tranquility. It's been difficult though. The APIs, especially
audio, can't quite deal with us yet. It'll be a Carbon app, we
haven't even considered Cocoa yet.

Gathering Of Developers seemed to pledge a lot of Mac OS X support earlier this year. Fly II is supposed to run natively, although since it is supposed to be delivered around the same time as Mac OS X final, I don't know if the original shipping version will be the Mac OS X one.
